Long term care or Rehab/Skilled Nursing Facility No memory care unit Common diagnosis:
Typical nursing home patients - stable, Dementia, long term care residents Comfort Care patients - Nurse would collaborate with MH Hospice RN's that come to the facility to see these residents - provide comfort care as needed No traches, vents, occasionally feeding tubes, occasional IV's, some catheter care Patient Ratios:
Nurse - 1:
25-30; 2 nurses per shift - could be an RN/LPN or LPN/LPN.
Regulation is that there must be an RN in the building for 8 hrs every day; will have Med aide to help pass meds Medication aide - 1:
25-30; 2 MA per shift CNA - 1:

verify the rights of medication administration and dish up and pass all of the medications unless they are controlled medications, the nurse has to administer those CNA:
Will also answer call lights and assist residents with their activities of daily living as well in between passing medications and when needed (if certified).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
